Steven M. Goldberg has successfully represented claimants in both State and Federal Courts. He has helped obtain several multi-million dollar results in a wide variety of matters. After decades of trial work, Steven continues to receive referrals from clients whom he represented decades ago as well as from lawyers, locally and beyond.

Steven’s areas of practice include medical and hospital malpractice, asbestos-related lung cancer (mesothelioma) lawsuits, pharmaceutical drug litigation, and catastrophic personal injury claims.

Although Steven maintains offices in Cleveland, Solon, Youngstown, and Cincinnati, Ohio, he often represents claimants alleging personal injuries against many of the world’s largest companies throughout the country.

Steven has participated in high profile pharmaceutical cases involving the drugs Vioxx, Celebrex, Bextra, Gadolinium, hip and knee implants and Zyprexa. Currently, Steven works closely with other national counsel appointed to Steering Committees in the contaminated Heparin national litigation, and the multidistrict litigation involving the birth control pills Yaz and Yasmin.

Steven has been a guest speaker at national litigation summits in medical device and drug campaigns involving DePuy ASR Hip Replacement System Class I Recall and Topamax Litigation.
