Mr. Sodowsky brings a wide range of experiences from being an employee in a large organization to managing a staff of professionals to owning, operating and managing his own business. Mr. Sodowsky focuses his practice on helping businesses and individuals who have IRS tax problems, such as unpaid taxes, tax liens, unfiled tax returns, and payroll tax problems. He also continues his work of counseling and advising businesses in proper entity formation and in the maintenance of the liability protection afforded by proper business arrangements.
