Ms. Moore is a 1993 graduate of Stetson Law School, St. Petersburg, Florida, 1990 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A. - political science) and 1987 graduate of St. Mary's Episcopal High School.

Upon attaining her law degree, Ms. Moore became an Assistant Public Defender in Pinellas County where she tried numerous bench and jury trials.

In 1998 Ms. Moore opened her private practice focused on family and estate law matters.

She is a member of the Clearwater and St. Petersburg Bar Associations, the Tampa Bay Collaborative Law Group and the Canakaris (family law) Inn of Court.

She has received admittance to the Florida Courts, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
