Paul Burglin is a Board Certified DUI Defense attorney and Regent with the National College for DUI Defense.  For 25 years he has specialized in drunk driving defense in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Lake Tahoe.  He holds an A-V rating with Martindale-Hubbell and is a certified graduate of the Borkenstein Course On Alcohol and Highway Safety.  A graduate of U. C. Berkeley and Gonzaga University School of Law, he co-authors the two-volume treatise California Drunk Driving Law.
