Mr. Morris's practice is focused on probate, guardianship and estates, probate and fiduciary litigation and other general litigation.  He is a frequent speaker on the topics of probate and guardianship, debtor and creditor rights and other consumer related issues.  

Mr. Morris represents individuals, small businesses and corporations in litigation matters and has tried cases to verdict in such representation.  He has been appointed by Harris county and dozens of other counties in Texas to serve in a fiduciary capacity as Ad Litem, Administrator and Guardian.  He serves as a Guardian for elderly and incapacitated individuals who need assistance with their finances.  Mr. Morris also serves as an ad litem for Harris County with regard to property tax foreclosures, which entails investigating to determine if the taxing authority has assessed taxes on the correct property and if there exists a family member that may be responsible for paying the taxes.

He is an experienced probate attorney in probate administration and probate litigation.  He serves clients throughout Texas including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.
